I understand that unforeseen circumstances and genuine emergencies can arise. Life happens. However, respect & consideration are deeply important to me. I value punctuality & reliability, therefore, I always honor my commitments. When I reserve time for you, it’s done intentionally & exclusively. Other inquiries are declined to protect that commitment. The same level of courtesy is expected in return.
No-Show Policy
No-shows & same-day cancellations are not tolerated. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will result in immediate blacklisting & reporting. Reinstatement is not guaranteed & will require payment of my “I’m Sorry” Fee.
I’m Sorry Fee
The “I’m Sorry” Fee is applied as a penalty for time lost and commitments broken. This fee is non-negotiable and must be cleared before any future scheduling is considered. Paying this fee does not guarantee a return to active status.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are fully respected. Within 24 hours, deposits are forfeited. Same-day cancellations result in immediate blacklisting. Future consideration will require my “I’m Sorry” Fee & remains at my discretion.
